I had a revelation earlier this year. I’ve been consulting with practice leaders for several years now. I must confess, I’m weirdly passionate about HR in dental and medical practice. There’s so much they don’t teach you in school about running a practice! You learn all of the clinical, some of the business, but almost none of the leadership and employee relations side of practice ownership.
As much as I love working one-on-one with leadership there’s only so much of me to go around. What if I could take the knowledge I’ve shared with practice owners and managers and put it in a format that would allow me to share that information with as many practices as possible?
So here we are! At the end of 2019 I started outlining presentations and developing courses that could be shared in a video and audio format. It will take hundreds of hours and happen a little at a time, but I’m excited to finally see a completed course on the horizon! The official launch is set for the first quarter of 2020.
